FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 03/30/2026 - Flushing, New York, Aphreseller (Ebay seller ID), Buy-herbal.com is recalling all lots of Kian Pee Wan capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis has found that the product contains the undeclared drug ingredients dexamethasone and cyproheptadine. Products containing dexamethasone and cyproheptadine cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. Kian Pee Wan capsules are an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and therefore, subject to recall.
Risk Statement: Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid commonly used to treat inflammatory conditions. Corticosteroid use can impair a person’s ability to fight infections and can cause high blood sugar levels, muscle injuries, psychiatric problems, and lead to cardiovascular events. When corticosteroids are taken for a prolonged period, or at high doses, they can suppress the adrenal gland (a disorder in which the adrenal glands do not produce enough hormones) and adverse consequences can range from limited adverse consequences to death. Additionally, abrupt discontinuation can cause withdrawal symptoms. Cyproheptadine is a prescription antihistamine used for seasonal allergy treatment. Consumption of undeclared cyproheptadine may cause sedation, dizziness, fatigue, restlessness, dry mouth, nausea, diarrhea/constipation, urinary retention, blurred vision.

Karns Foods Issues Voluntary Recall of Mini Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cups Due to Undeclared Peanuts
Mechanicsburg, PA — April 2, 2026 Karns Foods is voluntarily recalling its approximate 8-ounce packages of "Mini Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cups" because they may contain undeclared peanuts. People who have allergies to peanuts run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The recalled "Mini Dark Chocolate Raspberry Cups" were distributed to Karns Foods locations in Pennsylvania. The product comes in an 8-ounce, clear plastic package marked with a pack date on September 18, 2025. Approximal 26-42 packs were affected.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
Nalpac recalls DTF Sexual Chocolate
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Date – Ferndale, Michigan. Nalpac is voluntarily recalling DTF Sexual Chocolate it purchased and resold. The products have been found to contain sildenafil and tadalafil. Nalpac is not the manufacturer of this product.
Sildenafil and tadalafil are the active ingredients in the FDA-approved prescription drugs Viagra and Cialis, respectively, used to treat erectile dysfunction. FDA approval of Viagra and Cialis is restricted to use under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. These undeclared ingredients could interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs, such as nitroglycerin, and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels for those individuals who use prescriptions drugs which contain nitrates. Nalpac has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

Clostridium botulinum is a bacterium which can cause life threatening illness or death. Consumers are warned not to consume the product even if it does not look or smell spoiled.
Botulism, a potentially fatal form of food poisoning, can cause the following symptoms: general weakness, dizziness, double-vision and trouble with speaking or swallowing. Difficulty in breathing, weakness of other muscles, abdominal distension and constipation may also be common symptoms.

April 3, 2026 Wawa, of Media PA, is recalling its 16 oz pints of Wawa Iced Tea Lemon, Wawa Iced Tea Diet Lemon, Wawa Diet Lemonade and Wawa Fruit Punch produced by the Wawa Beverage Company for sale in a limited number of Wawa stores located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia because they may contain an undeclared milk allergen.
The recalled products have been removed from sale and disposed of by impacted stores. No Wawa stores in any other state in which Wawa operates are impacted by this recall and no other Wawa branded beverages are included in the recall.
