Face Rock Creamery of Bandon, Oregon is voluntarily recalling two specific lots of its Vampire Slayer Garlic Cheddar Curds, 6oz. cups, Use By date 08292025, because it has the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
The affected product was distributed in Trader Joe’s locations in Northern California (locations in Monterey, Fresno and all locations North) and Northern Nevada (locations in Carson City, Reno, and Sparks), and is identified by the following information:
The Vampire Slayer Garlic Cheddar Curds was packaged in a clear in a sealed plastic cup with lid and has the UPC 8 51222 00528 7. It has the Lot numbers 20250519VS01 and 20250519VS02, and the Use By date of 08292025.

Lipari Foods of Warren, MI, is recalling its 14-ounce packages of JLM Branded “Dark Chocolate Nonpareils" food treats because they may contain undeclared milk. People who have allergies to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The recalled "Dark Chocolate Nonpareils" were distributed nationwide in retail stores.
The product comes in a 14-ounce, clear plastic tub marked with lot # 28202501A, 29202501A, 23202504A, 14202505A, 15202505A, and 03202506A on the bottom label.
No illnesses have been reported to date to Lipari Foods in connection with this problem.
Medtech Products Inc. recalls Little Remedies Honey Cough Syrup
TARRYTOWN, N.Y.--(GLOBE NEWSWIRE)—June 17, 2025—Medtech Products Inc., a Prestige Consumer Healthcare Inc. company (“Medtech” or “Company”), is voluntarily recalling five lots of Little Remedies® Honey Cough Syrup (the “Product”) due to the presence of Bacillus cereus and loss of shelf-stability. Bacillus cereus (B. cereus) can cause two types of food-borne illnesses. One type is characterized by nausea, vomiting, and stomach cramps that can start 1 to 6 hours after eating or drinking contaminated food. The second type can cause stomach cramps and diarrhea that can start 8 to 16 hours after eating or drinking contaminated food. Diarrhea may be a small volume or profuse and watery. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term illness, exposure to high levels of foodborne B. cereus can cause death.
The affected lots were distributed nationwide in the United States through retailers and online from 12/14/2022 through 06/04/2025.

People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Dark Chocolate Nonpareils was distributed by C&S Wholesale Grocers (Southeastern Grocers), it reached consumers through retail stores in Florida (Miami, Baldwin, Plant City) and Hammond Louisiana.
