FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Date: May 21 2025, Nogales, AZ, UMARY USA is voluntarily recalling all lots of Unavy Ácido HIALURÓNICO (30 caplets/850 mg) and Umovy Ácido HIALURÓNICO (30 caplets/850 mg), to the consumer level. FDA laboratory analysis confirmed that these products are tainted with the drug ingredients Diclofenac, Dexamethasone and Omeprazole. Products containing Diclofenac, Dexamethasone or Omeprazole cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. UNAVY ÁCIDO HIALURÓNICO and UMOVY ÁCIDO HIALURÓNICO are unapproved new drugs for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.
Risk Statement: Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid commonly used to treat inflammatory conditions. Corticosteroid use can impair a person’s ability to fight infections and can cause high blood sugar levels, muscle injuries, psychiatric problems, and lead to cardiovascular events. When corticosteroids are taken for a prolonged period, or at high doses, they can suppress the adrenal gland (a disorder in which the adrenal glands do not produce enough hormones) and adverse consequences can range from limited adverse consequences to death.

Following a recall initiated by Fresh Creative Foods, a division of Reser’s Fine Foods, Inc., Albertsons Companies has voluntarily recalled three store-made deli items, supplied by Fresh Creative Foods, due to possible Salmonella contamination and in association with an active illness outbreak. The recall was initiated because these products contain a recalled cucumber ingredient grown by Bedner Growers, Inc., of Boynton Beach, Fla. Houston, TX (May 23, 2025) - JFE Franchising, Inc. of Houston, TX, is recalling a limited number of fresh-cut cucumber items and sushi products containing cucumber because they may be contaminated with Salmonella.
Salmonella is an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis. Symptoms of salmonellosis usually start 6 hours to 6 days after infection and last 4 to 7 days.
There have been no illnesses or consumer complaints reported, in connection with the specific products listed below, to date.

Our firm was notified by our supplier, Fresh Start Produce Sales, Inc., that these cucumbers are being recalled by Bedner Growers, Inc. and have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella.

LAKELAND, Fla, May 9, 2025 – Publix Super Markets, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of GreenWise Pear, Kiwi, Spinach & Pea Baby Food, produced by Bowman Andros LLC and distributed to Publix grocery stores in the company’s eight-state operating area. The product is sold in 4-ounce plastic pouches and has the potential to be contaminated with elevated levels of lead.
This recall is being initiated as a result of routine sampling and is being made with the knowledge of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
Santa Monica Seafood recalls Aldi Atlantic Salmon Portions with Seafood Stuffing
May 24, 2025, Santa Monica Seafood of Rancho Dominguez, CA, is voluntarily recalling Atlantic Salmon Portions with Seafood Stuffing because it may contain undeclared soy. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to soy risk a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Atlantic Salmon Portions with Seafood Stuffing were distributed in California, Nevada, and Arizona at Aldi Stores. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Spectrum Brands Pet LLC recalls Tetra ReptoMin 3-In-1 SELECT-A-FOOD reptile food
Earth City, MO – May 23, 2025 – Spectrum Brands Pet LLC (“SPG”) is voluntarily recalling its Tetra ReptoMin 3-In-1 SELECT-A-FOOD reptile food product intended for aquatic turtles due to potential contamination with Salmonella. The product is packaged in a plastic, 1.56oz container with a green label and a UPC Bar Code #: 0 46798 78626 9. Only the product with a 951790 lot code of Tetra ReptoMin are impacted by this voluntary recall. The lot number can be found on the bottom of the plastic container. No other lots or product lines are affected and may continue to be consumed.
Salmonella can affect animals eating the product and pose a risk to humans from handling contaminated pet products, especially if humans have not thoroughly washed their hands after having contact with the product or any surfaces exposed to this product.
The Coastal Companies recalls East Coast Fresh, TOPS, Wellsley Farms, WEIS, AHOLD, Jack and Olive, Created Fresh, Spring and Sprout Salads, salsas, and other products containing salsa containing fresh cucumbers
LAUREL, MD., MAY 22, 2025 – The Coastal Companies is issuing a voluntary recall of 17 products that were produced from cucumbers grown by Bedner Growers, Inc. and distributed by Fresh Start Produce Sales, Inc. due to the potential for Salmonella contamination. These products were distributed by East Coast Fresh in Laurel, MD and Hearn Kirkwood in Jessup, MD.
- If you find any of the affected products listed below in your possession, please record the number of cases and DESTROY THE PRODUCT. DO NOT RETURN.
- Consumers, restaurants, retailers, and wholesalers should not eat, sell, or serve the recalled products containing those cucumbers.
- If you cannot tell if your products contain cucumbers, do not eat or use them. Throw them away.

BENTONVILLE, Ark. May 22nd, 2025 Walmart Inc. is voluntarily recalling Marketside Fresh Cut Cucumber Slices, produced in select stores located in Texas, because of the potential for Salmonella contamination. The recall was initiated because this product may contain recalled whole cucumbers supplied by Bedner Growers, Inc. of Boynton Beach, FL, which initiated a recall after the US Food and Drug Administration ("FDA") notified Bedner Growers Inc. that the cucumbers described above were associated with reported salmonellosis illnesses.
