After years of working demanding 12–24 hour shifts in emergency rooms across Northeast Texas, he now enjoys more consistent hours and shorter shifts. Opening a location closer to home has eliminated long commutes, allowing him to rest comfortably at home each night and significantly improve his overall lifestyle.
In addition, owning his practice has given him the autonomy to spend more meaningful time with each patient—enhancing both the patient experience and professional satisfaction.
Financially, the transition has also proven beneficial. The medical spa component of the practice generates approximately 30% of total annual revenue and operates on a fully cash-based model. This not only boosts income but also reduces the administrative burden and costs associated with insurance billing
