You can now report on patient outcomes for
- Bunion Pain
- Hammer Toe Pain
- Heel Pain and
- Wound Size

- Clinician and Clinician Group Risk-standardized Hospital Admission Rates for Patients with Multiple Chronic Conditions
If you are in a Large Group (15 providers with NPI numbers of more) You will also be scored on Promoting Interoperability.
