FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE 12th December 2024, Flushing, New York, Buy-herbal.com is voluntarily recalling all lots within expiry of Nhan Sam Tuyet Lien Truy Phong Hoan Capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis has found these products to contain undeclared Furosemide, Dexamethasone and Chlorpheniramine. Furosemide was found at 5.24 mg/g or 1.84 mg/capsule. Dexamethasone was found at 2.22 mg/g or 0.780 mg/capsule. Chlorpheniramine was found at 4.38 mg/g or 1.54 mg/capsule. Products containing Furosemide, Dexamethasone and Chlorpheniramine cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. Nhan Sam Tuyet Lien Truy Phong Hoan Capsules is an unapproved drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and therefore, subject to recall.
The products were distributed in California, Arizona, Virginia, New Mexico, Texas, Tennessee, Oregon, Ohio and Pennsylvania through our retail store located at 5158 Clayton Road, Suisun Valley, CA 94534, and online through calyeefarm.com. Butter Toffee Almonds were also sold through Boa Vista Orchards retail store located at 2952 Carson Road, Placerville, CA 95667.
GNMART Inc recalls Force Forever Dietary Supplement
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 12/12/2024, Dover Plains, NY, GNMART INC is voluntarily recalling all lots of Force Forever for joint Pain, 60 Tablets packaged in a white plastic bottle with a red cap, labeled as "FORCE FOREVER.", to the consumer level. FDA analysis has found product to contain undeclared Diclofenac and Dexamethasone.
Risk Statement: Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (commonly referred to as NSAIDs). NSAIDs may cause increased risk of cardiovascular events, such as heart attack and stroke, as well as serious gastrointestinal damage, including bleeding, ulceration, and fatal perforation of the stomach and intestines. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid commonly used to treat inflammatory conditions. Corticosteroid use can impair a person’s ability to fight infections and can cause high blood sugar levels, muscle injuries and psychiatric problems. GNMart has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

December 12, 2024, Cal Yee Farm LLC of Suisun Valley, California is recalling chocolate and yogurt covered products (Dark Chocolate Walnuts, Dark Chocolate Raisins, Dark Chocolate Almonds, Yogurt Coated Almonds and Dark Chocolate Apricots [sold under Cal Yee’s or Cal Yee Farm brands]), Tropical Trail Mix, Butter Toffee.
Almonds [sold under Cal Yee’s and Boa Vista Orchards brands], Mango with Chili, Hot Cajun Sesame Sticks, New Orleans Hot Mix, Fruit Basket 2909 and Fruit Basket 2921 because they may contain undeclared milk, soy, wheat, sesame, FD&C #6 and almonds. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, soy, wheat, sesame, FD&C #6 and almonds run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.

December 13, 2024 - Motivate Me Ashley, LLC of San Antonio, Texas is recalling the following VidaSlim brand products: VidaSlim 90-day (Original Root, Root Plus, and Root Capsules), VidaSlim 30-day (Original Root, Root Plus, and Root Capsules), VidaSlim 7-day Sample Size (Original Root, Root Plus, and Root Capsules), and VidaSlim Hot Body Brew (Strawberry and Peach flavors), due to samples tested by FDA that showed the presence of yellow oleander leaving the possibility of other lots containing yellow oleander as well. The consumption of yellow oleander can cause adverse effects on neurological, gastrointestinal, and cardiovascular health that can be serious or even fatal. Symptoms may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, diarrhea, abdominal pain, heart changes, arrhythmia, and more.

New Age International Recalls ‘Enoki Mushrooms’ Due to Potential Health Risk
New Age International Inc of Brooklyn, NY 11206 is recalling its 200g packaged of Daily Veggies Enoki Mushroom, Product to Korea because they maybe contaminated with Listeria Monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy persons may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, L. Monocytogenes infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
The recalled Enoki Mushrooms were distributed nationwide in retail stores. The product comes in a 200g, clear plastic package marked with UPC code 8809159458890 on the back label.
No Illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
Palermo Villa, Inc recalls Connie’s Thin crust cheese frozen pizza, 20.36oz
MILWAUKEE – December 13, 2024 Palermo Villa, Inc. is issuing a recall of 1,728 Connie’s Thin Crust Cheese Frozen Pizzas because of a possible plastic foreign contaminant. The product was distributed in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin to retail grocery stores. The affected product, Connie’s Thin Crust Cheese Pizza, has expired as of 11/27/2024.
This recall alert, which is being conducted under the full cooperation of the FDA, is being issued out of an abundance of caution in the event that a product remains in a consumer’s freezer. The pizzas are no longer available for purchase. Consumers who have purchased these Pizzas are urged not to consume them. They should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase for a refund.
