Ascent Consumer Products Inc. recalls SinuCleanse Soft Tip Squeeze Bottle Nasal Wash System
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 02/25/2025 Melville, NY. Ascent Consumer Products Inc. is voluntarily recalling one lot of SinuCleanse Soft Tip Squeeze Bottle Nasal Wash System to the consumer level. The recall is being initiated due to a confirmed test result of microbial contamination of the product with Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus).
Risk Statement:
Use of the SinuCleanse Soft Tip Squeeze Bottle Nasal Wash System, contaminated with S. aureus, can result in blood infections in users whose nasal mucosa may be compromised due to inflammation and mechanical injuries, caused by nasal irrigation. Resulting secondary infections may occur, such as endocarditis (infection of the heart’s inner lining), bone and joint infections, splenic abscesses or meningitis, and bacterial sinusitis which may lead to eye tissue infections, vision problems, cranial nerve damage, or meningitis. These infections are serious and potentially life-threatening. To date, no adverse events have been reported to Ascent Consumer Products, Inc. related to this recall.
One Source Nutrition recalls Vitality male enhancement dietary supplement capsules
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Benton, Arkansas – 02/2025 –One Source Nutrition is voluntarily recalling all lots of Vitality capsules to the Consumer level. FDA analysis has found the product to be tainted with sildenafil and tadalafil, which are ingredients in FDA approved products for treatment of male erectile dysfunction in the family of drugs known as phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors. Products containing sildenafil and tadalafil cannot be marketed as dietary supplements. Vitality capsules is an unapproved new drug for which safety and efficacy have not been established and, therefore, subject to recall.
Risk Statement: Consumption of products with undeclared tadalafil may interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs (such as nitroglycerin) and may cause a significant drop in blood pressure that may be life threatening. People with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease often take nitrates. Among the adult male population, who are most likely to use this product, adult males who use nitrates for cardiac conditions are most at risk. To date, One Source Nutrition, Inc. has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

Kayco Issues an Allergy Alert on Undeclared Milk in Limited Units of Glicks Dark Chocolate Conettos
Bayonne, NJ. (February 21st, 2025) – Kayco, a Bayonne NJ company is recalling their Glicks Dark Chocolate Conettos because it may contain undeclared milk. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk, run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The Glicks Dark Chocolate Conettos were distributed to stores nationwide, predominately located in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut regions, during the weeks of October 13th, 2024 through February 14th, 2025. Some units were sold on Amazon.com.
Kedake Inc recalls Las Ollas Botana Mix Snacks and Delights 2 lb packages
KEDAKE, INC. of Houston, TX is recalling it’s 2 lb packages of Las Ollas Botana Mix Snacks because they may contain undeclared Sesame, Soy, Wheat, Yellow No 5, Yellow No 6, and Red No 6. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Sesame, Soy, Wheat, Yellow No 5, Yellow No 6 and Red No 6, run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Las Ollas Botana Mix Snacks 2 lb packages were distributed in Texas and reached consumers through both wholesale and retail stores. The product is not available on-line.
The product can be identified as packaged in a plastic bag with a pink and white label displaying the name “Botana Mix Snacks and Delights” with the Las Ollas brand label. The bag clearly states 2 lb on the front. Nutrition facts and ingredients are also listed on the front of the package. There is a UPC on the front as well. The expiration date is on the back of the package.
No illnesses have been reported to date.
Lyons Magnus LLC recalls ReadyCare, Imperial Frozen supplemental shakes
FRESNO, Calif. – February 22, 2025 – Lyons Magnus LLC (“Lyons Magnus”) today announced that it is voluntarily recalling 4 oz. Lyons ReadyCare and Sysco Imperial Frozen Supplemental Shakes due to the potential for the products to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. Lyons Magnus is taking this action in response to a recall of the products by their manufacturer, Prairie Farms Dairy, Inc. (“Prairie Farms”) from the Prairie Farms facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Listeria monocytogenes is an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.

Naturipe Value Added Fresh LLC. of Alma, GA, is recalling its 2.1 oz./60 gram packages of "Berry Buddies, Berries & Pancakes" bento box snack packs because they contain wheat and EGGS that were not declared on the label. People who have allergies to WHEAT and/or EGGS run the risk of serious allergic reactions if they consume these products
There were 694 cases of the recalled "Berry Buddies, berries & pancakes, " distributed at Kroger and Meijer retail stores in Arkansas, Michigan, Ohio, Tennessee, Virginia, Minnesota, Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Mississippi, West Virginia, and Wisconsin. The product comes in 2.1 oz. / 60 grams, colored plastic package marked with lot #1097901 on the top with an expiration date of 2/25/2025. This product is usually found in the refrigerated section of the stores, in the produce or deli departments.
No illnesses have been reported to date in connection with this problem.
ZB Importing LLC recalls Ulker Snack rolls, biscuits, and wafers
ZB Importing LLC is voluntarily recalling certain lots of six varieties of Ulker Brand snack rolls, biscuits, and wafers due to undeclared wheat, egg and/or milk in the Ingredient List and/or Contains Statement on the product labels. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat, egg, or milk run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Products were distributed through retail stores in Ontario, Canada and the following US states AL, AR, CA, CT, CO, DC, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NE, NC, NH, NJ, NM, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI and WV.
