Loud Muscle Science, LLC Issues Voluntary Recall of Launch Sequence Capsules Due to the Presence of Undeclared Tadalafil in United States and Canada
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – 6/27/22 – Hauppauge, NY, Loud Muscle Science, LLC is voluntarily recalling the following Launch Sequence products and lots listed in the table below to the consumer level. Laboratory analysis undertaken at the request of Loud Muscle Science, LLC found the products to be tainted with tadalafil, an ingredient in FDA approved products for treatment of male erectile dysfunction in the family of drugs known as phosphodiesterase (PDE-5) inhibitors. The presence of tadalafil in the Launch Sequence products makes these products unapproved drugs for which the safety and efficacy have not been established and therefore, subject to recall.
Bryant Ranch Prepack Inc. Issues Voluntary Nationwide Recall of Morphine Sulfate 30 mg Extended Release and Morphine Sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release Due to Label-Mix Up
06/28/2022 – Burbank, California, Bryant Ranch Prepack Inc. is voluntarily recalling one lot of Morphine Sulfate 30 mg Extended-Release tablets (Comprised of 10 bottles), and one lot of Morphine Sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release tablets (Comprised of 10 bottles) to the consumer level listed in the table below. The products have been found to have incorrect labeling where bottles labeled as Morphine Sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release tablets contain Morphine Sulfate 30 mg Extended-Release tablets and bottles labeled as Morphine Sulfate 30 mg Extended-Release tablets may contain Morphine Sulfate 60 mg Extended-Release tablets.

Natreve Issues Voluntary Recall on Limited U.S. Batches of Natreve Vegan Protein Powder French Vanilla Wafer Sundae Flavor Due to Undeclared Milk
Natreve, a mission-driven and ocean-forward premium wellness company, is voluntarily recalling specific batches of its Vegan Protein Powder French Vanilla Wafer Sundae flavor, because it contains trace amounts of undeclared milk due to an external manufacturing production error. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to milk run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The affected products were only sold in the USA, in retail and online. This issue is isolated to two batches of Natreve Vegan Protein Powder French Vanilla Wafer Sundae flavor with the following lot codes:

Updated -Blount Fine Foods Voluntarily Recalls a Limited Amount (a Single Lot) of Southwest Corn Chowder Due to Undeclared Wheat Allergen
FALL RIVER, MA (June 24, 2022) – Blount Fine Foods announced that it is voluntarily recalling a limited amount (a single lot—2,569 cases total) of 16 oz. Panera at Home Southwest Corn Chowder due to an undeclared wheat allergen. The recall is limited to 1 SKU of 16 oz. Panera at Home Southwest Corn Chowder cups produced with lot number 042122-2K and “Use By” date of 6/30/22. This item is only sold in refrigerated cases in the deli department of select retail grocery stores; it is NOT sold at any Panera bakery-cafe. No consumer complaints or illnesses have been reported in connection with this recall,as this product was discovered at a grocery store during the restocking process. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume this product.
This voluntary recall is limited only to 16 oz. Panera at Home Southwest Corn Chowder. No other Panera Bread, Panera at Home or Blount products are affected by this voluntary recall. The recalled product may be packaged with a Broccoli Cheddar Lid, and Southwest Corn Chowder cup.
A&M Farms Initiates a Recall Of Specific Little Bear Brand Whole Vidalia Onions Sold By The Pound at Retail Because of Possible Health Risk
A&M Farms of Lyons, Georgia, is voluntarily recalling select whole Vidalia onions packed on one pack line between June 20 - June 23, 2022, because they have the potential to be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women.
Consumers can identify the recalled Vidalia Onions by the purchase location, PLU 4159 and Little Bear brand on the PLU sticker as provided in the table at the end of the notice. The recalled Vidalia Onions are sold in bulk in the produce section of retail stores. The recalled Little Bear onions were available for sale to consumers on June 23 and 24 at Wegmans stores in the Rochester-area, Massachusetts, and at the Erie West and Erie Peach Street Wegmans stores in Pennsylvania. The onions were also available for sale June 22 – 24, 2022 at Publix stores in the state of Florida and in Publix stores in Georgia in Barrow, Clarke, DeKalb, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Hall, Jackson, Oconee and Walton counties. No other onions are included in this recall notice.
Daily Harvest Issues Voluntary Recall of French Lentil + Leek Crumbles Due to Potential Health Risk
June 23, 2022, Daily Harvest, Inc., New York, NY. Daily Harvest has voluntarily recalled all French Lentil + Leek Crumbles due to consumer reports of gastrointestinal illness and potential liver function issues.
From April 28 to June 17, 2022, approximately 28,000 units of the recalled product were distributed to consumers in the continental United States through online sales and direct delivery, as well as through retail sales at the Daily Harvest store in Chicago, IL and a “pop-up” store in Los Angeles, CA. Samples were also provided to a small number of consumers. Daily Harvest directly notified by email those consumers who were shipped the affected product, and other consumers for whom the company had contact information, and consumers were issued a credit for the recalled product.
Consumers who may still have the recalled product in their freezers should immediately dispose of it.
French Lentil + Leek Crumbles is a frozen product packaged in a 12oz white pouch with the words “Daily Harvest” at the top, a large “CRUMBLES” immediately below the top and the words “French Lentil + Leek” in bold, as shown below. All lot codes of the French Lentil + Leek Crumbles are affected. No other Daily Harvest products are affected or part of this recall.
