November 21, 2025 – Anthony's BBQ Sauce of Brookings, Oregon is recalling Anthony's Barbecue & Dip-It Sauce 15oz. glass bottles because it may contain undeclared Anchovy (fish).People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to Anchovy (fish) run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product.
Anthony's Barbecue & Dip-It Sauce 15oz. glass bottle, UPC 6 89076 62272 1, has no lot codes, and were sold at two retail stores (Taylor’ – Cave Junction, Oregon and Long’s Meat Market – Eugene, Oregon) in Oregon between February 2025 and November 2025.
There have been no illnesses reported to date.

Prairie Farms Announces Recall of Prairie Farms Gallon Fat Free Milk
EDWARDSVILLE, IL, November 25, 2025 — Prairie Farms is announcing a recall of select Prairie Farms Gallon Fat Free Milk produced at its Dubuque, Iowa facility and distributed to Woodman’s stores in Illinois and Wisconsin. Some of the product may contain food-grade cleaning agents, which may cause illness if consumed. Only a specific segment of the DEC08 production run was impacted. The affected product was processed between 17:51 and 21:23, representing a portion of that day’s production. To ensure complete containment, Prairie Farms is recalling Gallon Fat Free Milk with the DEC08 code date, PLT19-145 plant code produced during the impacted timeframe of 17:51 to 21:23.
On November 24, Prairie Farms was made aware of a potential quality issue. An investigation was immediately initiated, and based on that investigation, affected product was removed from stores and a recall was initiated. Approximately 320 gallons were sold before the issue was discovered. Consumers who purchased the product with the above code dates should not consume it; they may safely dispose of it or return it to the store for a refund. All remaining affected product has been removed from store shelves.

The Ambriola Company Issues Recall of Cheese Products Because of Listeria Health Risk
[West Caldwell, NJ] – November 25, 2025 – The Ambriola Company is recalling select cheese products after routine testing confirmed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Although healthy individuals may suffer only short-term symptoms such as high fever, severe headache, stiffness, nausea, abdominal pain and diarrhea, Listeria infection can cause miscarriages and stillbirths among pregnant women. Out of an abundance of caution, the Company is also recalling additional cheese products processed at the same facility in West Caldwell, New Jersey.
No illnesses have been reported to date. That said, customers who have symptoms of listeria infection should contact their healthcare provider.

Choceur branded Cookie Butter Holiday Bark may contain undeclared pecans. People who have allergies to pecans run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
Choceur branded Pecan, Cranberry & Cinnamon Holiday Bark may contain undeclared wheat. People who have allergies to wheat run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The recalled items were distributed nationwide through Aldi grocery stores.
Vetoquinol USA recalls Vetoquinol FOLLTROPIN Injectable Kits for Cattle
November 26, 2025 – Vetoquinol USA, Inc., Fort Worth, TX, is recalling six lots of FOLLTROPIN® (porcine pituitary-derived follicle stimulating hormone for injection) Kits, due to the presence of particulate matter in the sterile diluent vial.
Particulates were observed during routine examination of retained samples of the sterile diluent vials for the lots listed in the linked article above.
Risk Statement: The administration of an injectable product that contains particulate matter may result in injection site reaction or hypersensitivity reaction in response to the foreign material. Some possible clinical signs of an adverse event include pain and/or swelling/wounds at the injection site, as well as decreased activity level, fever, and/or labored breathing. If you observe any of these or any other concerning signs in an animal that may have been administered this product, please contact a veterinarian as soon as possible. To date, no adverse event reports have been received for the listed batches.

Rochester, N.Y. – Wegmans Food Markets is recalling Locatelli Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese with Wegmans’ scale labels due to the potential presence of Listeria monocytogenes, an organism that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. This product was sold at Wegmans stores in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. between November 14 and November 24, 2025.
The product is packaged in a plastic tub labeled Locatelli Grated Pecorino Romano Cheese (see image below) with UPC 2-77580-XXXXX-7 (“XXXXX” varies based upon weight). All lot codes have been recalled and removed from shelves.
