ForeverMen Supplements Recalled
FAonline INC , 65-20 180 Street NY 11365 is voluntarily recalling all lots within expiry of the ForeverMen capsules to the consumer level. FDA analysis founds these products to be tainted with sildenafil and Tadalafil. Sildenafil/Tadalafil is an FDA approved drug for the treatment of erectile dysfunction, the presence of sildenafil in the ForeverMen products renders them unapproved drugs for which safety and efficacy have not been established, therefor subject to recall.
Risk Statements: Men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease, may be on medications that if taken with these products could lower blood pressure to dangerous levels that could be life threatening. The products affected are men with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. To date, Happy Together Inc. has not received any reports of adverse events related to this recall.

These products have the potential to cause severe adverse health effects due to misuse, overuse, interaction with other medications, underlying health conditions, and overall lack of oversight or consultation with medical professionals
The products were distributed under 11 different brand names and varied in product form and size. They were sold in bulk to other distributors and retailers in California and out of state.

Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Issues a Nationwide Voluntary Recall of Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Oral Solution USP, 250mg/5mL, Due to the Potential for Some Bottles to be Super Potent Which May be Harmful
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – March 27, 2024 - Amneal Pharmaceuticals, LLC. Bridgewater, New Jersey (Amneal), is voluntarily recalling 4 lots (see table below) of Vancomycin Hydrochloride for Oral Solution, USP, 250 mg/5mL packaged in 80 mL, 150 mL, or 300 mL pack sizes, to the Consumer Level. Some bottles may have been overfilled which can result in an over potent dosing regimen. The recommended maximum daily dose allowance for this product is up to 2gm/day and patients prescribed a dosing regimen of 500 mg/10mL would exceed this daily allowance, which may be harmful to patients with renal insufficiency. The error occurred during the manual bottle filling stage of manufacturing.

Abdallah Candies Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Almond in Abdallahs 8 oz. Sea Salt Almond Alligators
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – April 2, 2024 – Abdallah Candies of Apple Valley, MN is voluntarily recalling a limited quantity of Abdallah Candies 8 oz. sea salt almond alligators. The products have a chocolate covered cherries label with code 0315 on the bottom of the box. The boxes do contain sea salt almond alligators but have an incorrect ingredient label.
Sea salt almond alligators contain almonds as an ingredient, which was not declared on the ingredient label. People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products.
The product was distributed nationwide and sold in specialty retail stores, grocery stores, and other retail outlets. The recalled products were distributed from 03/01/2024 to 03/29/2024. Retail products are packaged in candy boxes with a label on the bottom of the box containing nutrition and ingredient information. The code 0315 is found in a box at the bottom center of the ingredient label. The company has not been notified of any illness associated with this product.
Lidl Voluntarily Recalls Deluxe Branded Macarons Party Edition Due to Undeclared Allergens
ARLINGTON, VA – Lidl US has announced a voluntary recall of Deluxe branded Macarons Party Edition due to undeclared allergens. The recall was issued due to undeclared wheat, soy, egg, milk, and tree nuts (almonds, pistachios, and coconut) in the products as a result of non-English ingredient labeling. People who have allergies to any of these run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reactions if they consume these products. Lidl US has received no reports or complaints of illness related to this product to date.
This recall includes units with the brand, “Deluxe,” printed at the top of the front panel, and “Party Edition” at the bottom of the front panel (back panel of package will not have English labeling or ingredients). All units have a barcode/UPC of 4056489365365.
Affected products contain the following undeclared allergens:
Wheat, Soy, Egg, Milk, Tree Nuts (Almonds, Pistachios, Coconut)
The product was distributed to all Lidl US store locations. Lidl US has store locations in Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.
Tropicale Foods Recalls Helados Mexico Mini Cream Variety Pack Because of Possible Health Risk
Tropicale Foods of Modesto, CA is voluntarily recalling 5,224 units of Helados Mexico Mini Cream Variety Pack with best by date of “MO Best By 10/11/2025”, because the mango bars in the variety pack have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella, an organism which can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy persons infected with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea (which may be bloody), nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain. In rare circumstances, infection with Salmonella can result in the organism getting into the bloodstream and producing more severe illnesses such as arterial infections (i.e., infected aneurysms), endocarditis and arthritis.
Product was distributed at retail locations in Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virgina, Wisconsin, West Virgina, Washington, DC, and certain locations in Europe.
Geisslers Supermarket Inc. Issues Allergy Alert on Undeclared Egg, Wheat, and Milk in Sushi Product
Geisslers Supermarket Inc. of East Windsor CT has issued a recall of all Sushi products produced by EZnoble Sushi for Geisslers Supermarket Inc. produced or purchased on 3/26/2024, and 3/27/2024, with a sell by date of 3/27/2024, and 3/28/2024. They may contain undeclared egg, wheat and milk. Sleepnet Corporation Issues Worldwide Recall of CPAP and BIPAP Masks with Magnets Due to Potential Interference with Certain Medical Implants
Hampton, NH – On March 1, 2024, Sleepnet Corporation initiated a worldwide recall for all CPAP and BIPAP masks with magnets due to potential interference with certain medical devices. When a magnet comes into close proximity to certain medical implants or metallic implants, it could interfere with the performance or the position of the implant, potentially resulting in serious injury or death.
Sleepnet has been distributing masks with magnets worldwide since 2006 and to date, there have been no Medical Device Reports associated with the Sleepnet masks with magnets. This is a voluntary action based on information obtained from post market surveillance.
Affected products are Mojo Full Face Vented Mask, Mojo Full Face Non‐Vented Mask, Mojo 2 Full Face Vented Mask, Mojo 2 Full Face Non‐ Vented Mask, Mojo 2 Full Face AAV Non‐Vented Mask, iQ 2 Nasal Mask, and Phantom 2 Nasal Mask. This is applicable to all lot/UDI numbers.
